This workshop will focus on how you can make healthful choices without sacrificing comfort, satisfaction or playfulness in your sex life.
The Elements in Sensuality

This workshop will briefly explore the principles of Chinese Medicine, the five elements of Earth – Metal – Water – Wood – Fire and how they exist in relationship to our sensuality & sexuality. Through these elements we will recognize patterns of balance and imbalance and learn through their relationship how to thrive in our sensual beings.
