About dawn

For more than 25 years, Dawn has shared her passion for Power Exchange, Leather, Kink, Sacred Sexuality, and Polyamory through education, service, and community. A familiar face at Leather and Kink events across North America, she is known for her grounded wisdom, warmth, humor, and practical approach, inspiring audiences to build authentic relationships, cultivate conscious connection, and embrace deep personal transformation.

One thing has remained constant over the years: somehow, Dawn keeps finding new ways to say “yes” to the communities she calls home. Those “yeses” have led her to earn the title of GLLA Slave 2010, serve as a judge for Leather title contests, co-produce the Power eXchange Summit, create the Subs in Service Intensive, serve as co-director of the Columbus Space, co-author books about Power Exchange and Polyamory, co-creator of the infamous Kink Starter Cards and co-create and host the Erotic Awakening podcast, the longest-running Kink and Polyamory podcast… and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Throughout it all, Dawn has remained passionate about embodied Power Exchange, service as strength, and devotion as a conscious, empowered choice. No matter the role, she believes every event, class, conversation, and podcast is an opportunity to foster connection, encourage personal growth, and strengthen the communities we share.
